Please return your parcel within 28 days of delivery.
We'll process your return as quickly as we can, but it may take up to 14 days.
If you paid by card, please allow a further 3-5 working days for your card to be refunded.
Before you return your parcel, make sure you check the returns exceptions listed below, and our full returns policy.
Is the item(s) you're returning one of our return exceptions?
Before returning your order, please check whether any of your items fall into one of the categories below:
- Bespoke, customised or personalised items
- Perishable items such as flowers and perishable food items (including vitamins and supplements)
- Perfume and/or aftershave if unsealed
- Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons, such as tights, swimwear, pierced jewellery and beauty products - if unsealed and/or if hygiene sticker is removed
- Mattresses, mattress toppers and bedding protectors
- Sealed audio, video or software recordings - if unsealed and/or if security tag is removed
- Sealed smart devices including mobile phones, Apple® items, tablets, wearable technology and computer devices ("Smart Devices") - if unsealed and/or the security tag is removed.
Unless faulty, you cannot cancel or return these items. More information can be found on the item's individual product page.

PUT YOUR ADVICE NOTE IN THE PARCEL
If you no longer have this, don't worry! Just put a note inside the parcel with a brief explanation of why you're returning the goods. Make sure you include your customer number - this will be in the format A1234567.
REPACKAGE YOUR GOODS SECURELY
Reuse the original packaging, if you still have it, or pop your items in something sealable and waterproof.
ATTACH YOUR RETURN LABEL TO THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PARCEL
There'll be an Evri label on your advice note - you can also print a replacement if needed.
If you want to return via Royal Mail or ASDA, you'll need a separate label - see the options below for more information.
ARRANGE YOUR RETURN
Simply choose the most convenient option.
Note for customers in the Channel Islands / Isle of Man: you can request an Evri courier return, or send your parcel back via Royal Mail. The QR code option for Royal Mail returns won't work in the Channel Islands, but you can print a label at home and drop off at a Jersey Post counter.
Evri
You can use this option to return clothing (including footwear & accessories), homeware, small electrical appliances or furniture that was originally delivered by Evri.
Evri offer 3 different ways to return parcels. Please use the Evri website to request the collection - you'll need to confirm that you're sending the parcel to us, and provide your parcel number or Jacamo account number:
Courier return
- Your parcel will be collected on your chosen date.
- Evri can collect from your home address or another address.
- You can also leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not going to be in.
ParcelShop return
- ParcelShop outlets open early and close late, to fit in with your routine.
- Not sure where your nearest ParcelShop is? Use the locator to find it.
Locker return
- These can be accessed 24/7, so you can return your order at a time that suits you.
- Not sure where your nearest locker is? Use the locator to find it - you can filter the search by 'Locker'.
Need a replacement label? Just go to the Evri website - you can print a label during the return process. If you don't have a printer, don't worry! Select the ParcelShop or locker option, and request a QR code instead.
Royal Mail
You can use this option to return clothing (including footwear & accessories), homeware, small electrical appliances or furniture that was originally delivered by Evri.
Need to find your nearest Post Office? Use the locator.
Start the return process (you'll need to print a separate return label).
Don't have a printer? Don't worry! You can request a QR code instead. Just take this to your nearest Post Office when you drop your parcel off - they'll print a label for you.
ASDA toyou
You can use this option to return clothing (including footwear & accessories), homeware, small electrical appliances or furniture that was originally delivered by Evri.
Not sure where your nearest store is? Use the locator to find it.
Start the return process (you'll need to print a separate return label).
Don't have a printer? Don't worry! You can request a QR code instead. Just take this to ASDA when you drop your parcel off - they'll print a label for you.
If you're returning furniture, such as:
- Sofas
- Beds
- Wardrobe
- Tables
- Mattresses
Or large home appliances, such as:
- Washing machines
- Tumble dryers
- Dishwashers
- Fridges
- Cookers

Please be aware that if you return a tech item outside of our Returns Policy, this item will be returned back to you, at your cost.
