- The ability to bag share across our other brands will no longer be available.
You can still shop at Home Essentials; simply visit our Home Essentials site to register your account for online use. Make sure you select the ‘already have an account with us?’ option on the Sign In page, and type in your Jacamo account number when this detail is requested.
If you have a delivery subscription on your Jacamo account, you'll only pay a one-off delivery fee for all orders placed (excluding any orders that carry an additional delivery supplement). This means you can place an order for a mix of Jacamo items and items from Home Essentials as long as you're signed in using your Jacamo account without incurring a separate delivery charge.
- The ability to add delivery instructions to your order will be temporarily unavailable.
Until this is reinstated, you can download the Evri app from Google Play or the App Store and use the ‘My Places’ feature to add instructions once you’ve placed your order.
- The option to register your account online will be temporarily unavailable.

- You won’t be able to edit an item’s size once it’s been added to your bag.
You’ll need to remove the item and re-add the correct size.
- You won’t be able to order personalised items
