Here's an explanation of the charges and events you might see on your statement - example below.
Admin charge / service charge
If you don't pay at least the minimum amount by the due date on your statement, you'll incur an administration charge of £12. Missed/late payments will be recorded on your credit file and may have a negative impact on your ability to obtain credit in the future.

You will be charged a standard fee for the delivery of your parcel. If you opt for additional services, such as next day delivery, the cost will increase. Our delivery options can be found on our website.
A delivery supplement (additional delivery charge) will be applied if you order large/heavy goods such as sofas, beds etc.
Your statement will show a list of your transactions. Any items you purchase from us will be charged individually. You will see the purchase date, followed by the item number & description, then the cost of the item. If you're unsure of what any of the item numbers correspond to, simply type it in on our website to view the item.
Any returned items on your statement will have a minus sign in front of the amount, indicating you've been credited for the cost of the item.
Balance brought forward
The 'Balance brought forward' figure is the amount you owe at the start of your 28-day statement cycle.
If you make a payment by card, your statement will show the date it was made, the description 'CARD PAYMENT' and the amount you paid.
Direct Debit payment
If you have a direct debit set up on your account, this will appear on your statement as 'PAYMENT BY DIRECT DEBIT' followed by the amount.
Your 'closing balance' is the amount you owe when your statement was issued.
Credit limit vs available to spend
Your credit limit is the overall amount of credit you've been granted.
The 'available to spend' figure is your credit limit minus your current balance.
