We can't make any changes to your order once it's been submitted, but if you get in touch ASAP by opening a chat with us, we can try to cancel it before it's processed for despatch.
If the order's already been prepared for sending, we won't be able to cancel it, but we'll get in touch with the carrier to attempt to recall the parcel before it's delivered to you.
